About Mrs. Siyanda Moila
Mrs. Siyanda Moila is a Speech and Language Pathologist located in the Tzaneen area. She obtained her Bachelors in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Cape Town, and a BA (hon) in Augmentative and Alternative Communication from the University of Pretoria. She has 18 years of experience as a Speech Therapist, working with speech, language, and feeding and/or swallowing disorders. She has experience working with various Health Practitioners and has completed a Leadership Course for Speech-Language Pathologist on Interprofessional Collaboration and Teamwork from the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program. She has also completed an introductory course on Palliative Pare from the Association of Palliative Care Centre. Mrs. Moila is a member of various associations like the South African Speech Language and Hearing Association (SASLHA), Association of Palliative Care of South Africa (PLAPRAC) and Rural Rehab South Africa (RURESA). Her special interest lies in the management of speech motor disorders and complex communication needs.
